Upon placing your order you should receive a confirmation email. If for whatever reason you do not receive this email, please contact our admin team at sales@upsplace.com.au

Upsplace.com.au online store uses services of various transport companies to distribute to addresses within Australia. The courier companies typically used include: Startrack, Airroad and CEVA Transport. The choice of courier would typically depend on the type of parcel, destination and the kind of delivery required (i.e. Standard Road Service, Tailgate, Rite On Site or Air).

Upsplace.com.au does not currently ship to international addresses.

Shipping Cost

UPSPlace provides Free Shipment Australia Wide to most metropolitan areas for orders over $150. The orders below $150 are subject to a flat $10 fee. Please note that very remote and hard to reach locations may incur additional charges we will notify you before dispatching your goods if such is the case.

Delivery timeframes
The time taken for a consignment to reach you once it has been dispatched depends on where it has been sent to. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, service availability and other factors outside of our direct control.

Other delivery information
Your order is charged in full at the time your order is placed. Please ensure the delivery address and receiver's name for your order is accurate and complete (including any business name if shipping to a work address) as we are unable to change any details once the order has been placed.

Upsplace.com.au online store will endeavour to supply all orders placed via this site. All products are listed for sale in good faith, but it is possible a supplier may notify us that a title is currently unavailable or no longer available. Upon receipt of this information from a supplier our online customer service team will contact you to let you know of the cancellation or delay of your order and payment will be refunded for each cancelled item.

Customer Collection

We do not keep stock in our office location due to the nature of our products.
Pick up may be arranged from our warehouse at special request.
