When customers purchase Eaton's Power Life Pack (PLP) product, they will benet from a range of services some of which includes an advance replacement with a next business day response time*, collection of the faulty unit for disposal and access to Eaton's customer care centre including technical phone support assistance.
Upon purchasing a new unit, customers will need to register their PLP product to activate the choosen coverage. PLP registration can be done at www.eatonplp.com.au . Registration will be required within 30 days from date of purchase. An email notication will be provided to customer upon registration for further information and scheduling details where applicable.
